9/11: Belated Crime Scene

Is it just me, or do others think investigating just an old airplane part found blocks from Ground Zero really demands clothing that prevents contamination? After reading the caption, I guess the outfit is because where there are airplane parts there may also be body parts. It piqued my curiosity first though that the man in the sanitized suit appears to be walking a slack tightrope.
