If you read the news accounts from an extraordinary day, it sounds like the Dowlers got everything they could have asked for in terms of a robust inquiry into the blatant hacking of their daughter’s phone, along with all the attendant apologies. From a visual standpoint, however, it looks like Cameron got what he wanted, also, which was a photo of himself and the family as BFF’s.
