First, the Concussion movie hardly makes an impact. Then, the movie’s publicity photo is re-purposed by Reuters to lead off their “Hollywood talks Oscars diversity” slideshow. In the background is the Will Smith who played the forensic pathologist who medically determined pro football was destroying its player’s brains. He is overshadowed, however, by the Will Smith posterized as potentially deserving a 2015 best actor nomination.
Can we have the envelope, please.
And the winner is … the NFL!
