I was interested in your take on this photo. It was widely published in photo-of-the-day, and pics-of-the-week slideshows. By the caption, it’s a preview of the security being put in place for the World Cup and Olympics. It seems, though, that it’s either doing either a lot less or a lot more. How do you read it?
