Perry's Bus

I’m interested in this as racial commentary … since I couldn’t find another black face in the 38 other pics in Zimbio’s Rick Perry/Iowa State Fair photo gallery. Not working? No room on the bus? Or is this just a random composition, Iowa being so white.
