These are newly released photos from TEPCO documenting the moment just after and before the tsunami “attacked” the nuclear plant. (Yes, they describe it like that.)

I put them in reverse order like this to evoke that difficult feeling — I imagine you know it well, also — admiring the innocence in something long taken for granted.
