Try, the Chicago Board of Trade. And, they’re not just celebrating New Years but the fact the markets — while most Americans were getting battered — rose 10% last year. As just one more confetti pic stuffed into New Years Eve photo galleries, it’s actually a bitter reminder of the two (opposite trending) Americas.
