I thought this was a striking visual commentary offered by an AFP/Getty pool photographer illustrating the plight of the Park 51 project. The photo frames Daisy Khan, the Cordoba Initiative co-founder, against an auspicious flag at Mayor Bloomberg’s recent Iftar dinner.
