I don’t know if they’re less pissed off when Afghans kick their doors in, but the Marjah locals — who McChrystal is bending over backwards to please — aren’t happy about it. The photo of this Marine applying the boot, by the way, is also hard visual evidence the Afghans aren’t ready for lead-taking.

The photo does make me a little nostalgic for Iraq, though (1, 2, 3 ).
