BAGnewsNotes Expands Scope

Beginning this week, BAGnewsNotes is expanding its focus beyond our regular “homegrown” BAGnews cartoons, images and commentary.

In surveying the blogosphere, we haven’t really found sites that specifically track and feature visual political communication. There are sites that offer or track political cartoons. Countless other blogs use drawings, maps, charts, flash art, and original and doctored photographs in combination with written narrative for the purpose of analysis, parody or critique.

To the extent we uncover unique, powerful and/or highly creative visual images that reflect “our flavor” of political, commercial or social commentary, we plan to feature them here.
